Members of the Philadelphia Bar Association:
A proposed amended version of the Philadelphia Bar Association bylaws were adopted by the Board of Governors at the September 16, 2025, meeting (pursuant to Section 12.1.1.1 of the current bylaws) and are being submitted to the membership per Section 12.1.2. The amended bylaws will be presented to the membership for approval as part of our regular elections, pursuant to Section 12.1.2.1. Online voting for both Bar Association leadership positions and the bylaws will begin on November 24, 2025 and conclude at 5:30 p.m. on December 10, 2025.
