The Philadelphia Bar Association has entered into an annual partnership agreement with bit-x-bit, LLC, a comprehensive eDiscovery, digital forensics, cybersecurity/incident response and information-governance services company. The partnership will give Association members access to bit-x-bit’s cross-functional expertise across all of the firm’s service lines, along with a 5% discount on fees for eDiscovery and digital-forensic engagements.

“bit-x-bit was founded by lawyers and technical experts who deeply understand the needs of legal professionals seeking eDiscovery services,” Philadelphia Bar Association Executive Director Harvey Hurdle said. “We are excited to offer members actionable advice and services to address top-of-mind issues for the modern law practice, including integrated risk and response, data protection and recovery, data loss prevention.”

As part of the partnership, bit-x-bit will also become a sponsor of the Bar Association’s major 2024 events, including the Bench-Bar & Annual Conference, Member Appreciation Week, and the 2024 Annual Meeting.

bit-x-bit will collaborate with the Bar Association’s Continuing Legal Education Department on a CLE program focused on its areas of expertise, and also offer thought leadership content in the Bar Association’s print and digital publications. Association leadership will also have the opportunity to meet and collaborate with bit-x-bit to discuss content and product areas important to the legal industry.
